Nupur Oza

Nupur has been a practicing physical therapist for the past 30+ years, having worked in almost all Physical Therapy settings, from acute care hospitals, rehabilitation/physical medicine facilities, to outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine facilities. She founded Proactive Physical Therapy in 2007 with the ultimate goal of providing “Compassionate Care with Outstanding Results. She uses her Advanced Manual Therapy Skills, Patient Education and Electrotherapy for tissue healing as her guiding principle for all musculoskeletal injuries. She teaches her patients Ergonomics and Postural alignment at work and home. She uses holistic approach to patient care. She is highly influenced by her extensive yoga practice and knowledge in her treatment approach. She emphasis the same approach of breath control, postural alignment, flexibility in designing a personalized care plan for her patients.
