Nicole is a dedicated and passionate Marketing Professional with experience in leading teams in high-pressure environments.
In her role as Assistant Director of Marketing for Baha Mar, a multi-billion dollar resort in The Bahamas, Nicole is responsible for managing all digital on-property marketing and via the main bahamar.com website and printed guest communication collateral. Nicole also supports crafting messaging for local and international media including on social media and via our owned digital platforms. Nicole also provides support, direction and logistical oversight for Baha Mar special programs and signature events. Finally, Nicole manages the multi-million dollar yearly departmental budget alongside the SVP of Marketing.
