Hi! I’m Andi, a 32 year-old mom of an amazing 1 year old named Amelie, and wife of the best husband in the world, KC. I’m also a social worker who advocates for refugee torture survivors here in Arizona.

I enjoy long walks alone in the grocery store (rare as they may be), crafty art projects, and the fact that my handsome husband does more housework than I do. Oh, and making my kid giggle by any means necessary. I also get geeked over stellar bargains on quality products, and love to share them with all my friends.

I’ve been called “resourceful,” and “The Queen of Google” by more than a few, and was encouraged to start this blog to share my wealth of gleaned knowledge with the masses. I’ve also been called a crunchy hippy, but I think I’m a little more soggy granola. I do recycle, cloth diaper my baby, and plan to let her decide when she stops breastfeeding, but I would also probably starve to death if not for the frozen food section at Trader Joe’s.
