Hi there, I’m Nusrat!
I’m a Graduate of McMaster University, Class of 2020. Huge fan of travel, the arts (including but not limited to literature, visual, media, plastic, decorative, etc.), fitness, and aromatherapy!
Combating poverty, dis/ability, as well as public and higher education, are areas of interest. I aim to engage as an artist, student, community member, and professional through intersectional equity and human rights lenses in the policy work and strategic implementation of these fields. I'm able to do a small part of that work as the Peer Educator for the AccessMac Program at the Equity and Inclusion Office of McMaster University.
I'm also really enjoying the Level 5 300-Hour Teaching English as a Foreign Language Diploma to be completed in January 2021. More upcoming in January 2021!
