Sophie Nussle

I am an Anglo-Swiss writer. A walker-between-worlds and a former humanitarian worker, I have lived and travelled in many countries, especially in Africa and the Middle East, bringing back observations and inspirations that have made their way into my work. I follow my natural curiosity and gather my nectar from many flowers. I am inspired by music, real life encounters, mythology, history, art, literature and science. If you ask me what my ideal world is, it is one where the Renaissance mind and the tolerance of the old Cordoba caliphate join up with the excitement and pioneering of the space and information age, to the sound of a guitar. Nowadays, I travel frequently between the Alps, Andalusia and Southern England, and occasionally further afield.
