310 Nutrition started in West L.A. with one simple idea: what you put in your body matters. Our founder, Tim Sharif—a passionate dad and wellness seeker—was tired of sugar-filled shakes and set out to create something better, something he’d feel good sharing with his family.

With just one bag of homemade vanilla shake mix, 310 was born—its name inspired by the local West L.A. area code. What began in a kitchen grew into a movement, helping people ditch the sugar, fuel their bodies with clean ingredients, and feel empowered every step of the way.
