Tess Mewton BSc RD owner of Nutritional Focus Wiltshire is a registered a dietitian and nutritionist, after graduating from the University of Surrey with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2005.
Tess has a wealth of experience in the field of nutrition, working in a number of NHS hospitals in London, both in acute and community setting. Tess has developed particular expertise in the following areas; brain injury, renal disease, IBS (including the Low FODMAP diet), weight management, food intolerances and sports nutrition.
Nutritional focus Wiltshire provides professional, evidence based expert nutritional services to both individuals and companies. Tess is passionate about nutrition and improving people’s health. In her spare time she is an active member of the local running club and enjoys dog walks.
