Nyakio Lynette

Nyakio is an in-house counsel with a dynamic role that includes responding to the company's legal needs, such as drafting and reviewing all contracts and leases, providing legal opinions, offering legal advice when needed, and assisting the company in debt recovery. Additionally, she is a thorough litigator. She is a comprehensive, accomplished, and conscientious lawyer, well-versed in researching and drafting legal documents. Nyakio is adept at creating and revising legal documents, including but not limited to dispositions and court filings. She is highly effective and experienced, with extensive knowledge of general office procedures and support required to effectively assist in a legal environment. She also has in-depth knowledge of office administration and customer service.

Nyakio is receptive to new concepts, dedicated to excellence in the practice of law, and measures the success of her work based on concrete results and client satisfaction. Her in-depth knowledge of the business and legal landscape in Kenya places her in a unique position to address her clients' most demanding issues and allows her to provide personalized services and tailor-made solutions to their needs.

Nyakio has a special interest in and specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, International Trade Law, Data Protection Law, Employment Law, Family and Succession Law, Company Law, Real Estate, Maritime Law, Carriage of Goods, and Personal Law. In addition, she is a sports law enthusiast and a strong, pioneering, collaborative, and efficient advocate who effectively maintains working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and clients.
