🧘🏻‍♀️I teach yoga—on and off the mat. My focus is to connect the practice on the mat with living life off the mat: connecting you to yourself and to those around you.

🎁 I offer vinyasa (coordinated breath and movement) classes with gentle doses of philosophy, breath practice, and meditation.
