I’m conservative, but at the same time a passionate charismatic lead by example individual, with a soft but convincing sent of confidence that begets influence. I’m altruistic, with an unyielding desire to do well. I’m a natural born leader, rather than seeking authority, I often end up in the leadership role at the request of others. I thrive in many diverse roles, at any level of seniority. While perfectly capable as a subordinate and colleague, my true calling, where their capacity for insightful and inspiring communication and sensitivity to the needs of others really shows, is in managing teams I take a great deal of pride and joy in guiding others to work together and improve themselves.
