Nyla Rodgers

I am the Founding Director of Mama Hope a nonprofit that promotes the success of grassroots organizations in Sub-Saharan Africa. I have no inner monologue and wear my heart on a sleeve and I have found this is the only way to live. I have a general feeling that things just work themselves out, which is odd because I have not had the easiest life. I see the cup as 3/4 full and try to spread my optimism and belief that we are working towards a better world to everyone I meet! I love to laugh a lot and swear entirely too much! I recently started a foundation in honor of my late mother called Mama Hope, to raise money for AIDS clinics in Kenya http://www.mamahope.org/ and the purpose it has given me has changed my life forever!
