The target candidate is a special operations or light infantry NCO or junior commission officer who is familiar with taking on a challenge and performing flawlessly with little supervision. April intake.
Opportunity:
We have been asked to initially identify highly motivated, task & goal oriented, independent thinking, problem solving leaders who are capable of training, inspiring, and leading a 4 person team to perform repairs on all major cell tower site components while providing technical assistance to ensure existing cell repair work is being completed to engineering specifications, maintaining system availability, quality, and production standards.
Once selected, the identified leaders will attend a two week Tower Training Boot Camp with an emphasis on Safety training, First Aid training, Technical training, installation of antennas, fiber to cell site installations, testing & acceptance training and site audits. The company is committed to investing a substantial sum in training each candidate to develop a certified professional skilled in safety, proficiency, quality assurance, and productivity which will exceeds industry standards
Career Path:
After completion of initial training, candidates will advance into a management training program and progress through the Tower Specialist Levels 1 and 2 that will take 9 -12 months to complete.
At the completion of training, successful candidates will have the option to select the career path as a Master Tower Master Specialist III Certified Electronics or move into a Tower Commander role / Senior Team Leader position responsible for profit & loss and recruiting, training and leading multiple 4 person teams.

Relocation is not required, transportation and per diem provided to the job site, 75% of the initial geographical area of operation for this opportunity is located In Central, Midwest, Southeast, and Gulf Coast areas of the United States.
