Naeem Zafar

I am a serial entrepreneur, having started my own business at the age of 26 and going on to start or work at six startups. I have extensive experience in mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs and founders. I am currently the president & CEO of Bitzer Mobile, a software company that delivers a platform to simplify enterprise mobility based in Silicon Valley, California. I am also a faculty member at the University of California Berkeley (Haas Business School) where I have been teaching since 2005. Prior to Bitzer, I was the CEO of three other technology startups; Pyxis, Silicon Design Systems and Veridicom, a Bell Labs spin-off that invented the silicon fingerprint sensors today found on most laptops). I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Brown University (magna cum laude), Rhode Island, and also a Master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
