I have experienced working with Public institutions, Private Sector Sector, NGOs and developing partners such as SIDA, World Bank, TMEA and WIPO.
Currently, he is the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) National Expert, he is working as a Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Management Consultant for Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR) supporting the Long Term saving Scheme. Previously, he consulted for Private Sector Federation (PSF), Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Central bank of Rwanda in developing National Financial Strategy, I was COMESA’s Regional M&E Expert in charge of Rwanda, DRC and Uganda, consulted for the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion in developing operation plan for the Anti-Gender Based Violence Centre of Excellency, I have consulted for WaterAid International East Africa in developing various reports, consulted for Rwanda Education Board (REB) in development of its 5 year strategic Plan, consulted for FONERWA in carrying out Final Evaluations of implemented projects and many more.
Prior to that, I was a Director General in charge of Strategic Planning, Policy Formulation and M&E in the Ministry of Infrastructure, Director of Trade in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Private Sector Development Facilitator with MINECOFIN during the elaboration of EDPRS 1. Before that, I was a Regional Trade Advisor based in Nairobi with Eastern African Farmers’ Federation, EIF National Project Economist.
I hold a Masters Degree In Business Administration-Maastricth Schoool of Management, Bachelors of Development Studies/Economics from Makerere University, Diploma in Enterprise Development through Value Chains from International Training Center (ILO) & Post Graduate Diploma in Communication from Makerere University. Currently, pursuing a PhD (Directorate of Philosophy in Marketing Management).
