Regan Murphy

Regan is a Principal Sales Engineer with Snowflake, The Data Cloud.

In the past three years Regan has helped grow Snowflake in New Zealand from just two customers, to well over one hundred - including some of the largest organisations in the country.

Data has always been a passion for Regan, since creating his first data warehouse in MS Access and SQL Server, through to working on big data streaming systems tracking realtime aircraft movements on a global scale.

With Snowflake organisations can make better decisions about their business through better analytics. The Snowflake Data Cloud helps by reducing technical barriers, eliminating silos, removing scaling challenges, and enabling fast and easy data sharing with other organisations - all while optimising cloud spend.

Regan likes beer, craft beer. He also enjoys wine - *including* Chardonnays! To offset the beer and wine, he runs. Running is also a nice way to sight-see when travelling.
