I am a marketing and communication consultant, with a background on both cultural and commercial projects.
From 2008 to 2012 I was Deputy Managing Director for the independent PR agency Dăescu Borţun Olteanu Consultanţă, where I coordinated the new business activities, the Events and Digital teams and tens of events and projects (PR and BTL activities for 2 editions of the Civil Society Gala, one edition of the Romanian Architects Order’s Ball, sponsorship platforms for the agency’s clients such as Samsung, Mercedes-Benz, Nespresso, Ambient etc.).
I continued my collaboration with the PR agency as Senior Communication Consultant for one of their largest accounts until December 2015. Besides, I have worked as a marcomm freelance consultant on cultural initiatives such as “Dilema Veche” Festival - the second edition (2013), ARCUB – the main cultural center of Bucharest – rebranding (2013-2014), several ARCUB conferences, festivals and events etc., Culture Action Europe – marketing and communication analysis and tool development (January- March 2015), The Art of Living Magazine – editorial project on musical events’ communication and marketing (August- September 2015).
Since 2008 I am also in charge of SoNoRo International Chamber Music Festival’s PR & marketing activities (for the last 8 editions) and other Romanian-based SoNoRo projects: SoNoRo Conac (since the first edition, in 2012), SoNoRo-Interferențe, SoNoRo On Tour.
I hold a degree in Cultural Management and International Relations from the European Cultural Studies Department of Bucharest University (2004).
