Miriam Obegi

I am a consultant, writer, and hotelier currently living in Nairobi Kenya.

I am passionate about advocating for gender equality and the reduction of inequalities (SDGs 5 and 10). With a fierce dedication to female empowerment, my mission is clear: to uplift every woman and girl while promoting social and economic inclusion for all.

With a diverse background that began in accounting and administration, my journey took a transformative turn towards hospitality—a path that has enriched my life for over 20 years. My career is a tapestry woven with experiences that span from managing a family travel business to leading my own consultancy focused on coaching, training, and mentoring youth and mid-career professionals. Each step of my ascent from entry-level positions to executive roles in luxury tourist camps reflects my unwavering commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in delicate ecosystems.

I am currenly working on a heartfelt project to share the invaluable lessons i have gathered throughout my life. With the hope of touching millions who may be grappling with pain and hopelessness, I seek to illuminate the path to inner peace through this personal narrative.
