I have a wonderful job at a great conversion-driven interactive agency in Birmingham. I grew up the son of a Methodist Minister and have always had a calling to help others.

With my father hailing from Bavaria i.e., Munich I have an interesting mix of German and, mostly, Amercian heritage. Learning at an early age about the differences in cultures and individuals has facilitated empathy as a part of my core.

I love helping businesses discover exciting innovative ways of telling their story, because in the end "people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it."
