Conference Program Director and Moderator

Diana is the Program Director at the Women’s Empowerment Convention Dubai. In this role, she shapes the vision and content programming for the conference, which hosts 2,000 attendees and 100 speakers. Diana designs sessions on diverse topics, including financial wellness, career advancement, tech, mental health, entrepreneurship, education, neuroscience, metaverse, Web3 and many more. Diana is responsible for selecting and securing speakers, focusing on prominent female role models, successful business owners, and C-level executives from top companies.

At the WE Convention, Diana has facilitated the participation of notable figures like Carla Bruni, Maria Sharapova, Maye Musk, Veronica Berti Bocelli, Natalia Vodianova, Karen Wazen, Her Highness Sheikha Mozah bint Marwan Al Maktoum, and Her Highness Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan. She also interviews thought leaders and moderates workshops, live broadcasts, and other events under the WE Convention brand.

Diana's background includes working with major global conferences, such as the EdCrunch conference on learning technologies in Almaty, which drew 5,000 attendees and 300 speakers. She facilitated the participation of high-profiled individuals such as Prof. Sugata Mitra, Dr. Robert Sapolsky, Jimmy Wales (founder of Wikipedia), Barbara Oakley, and Tim O’Reilly. In 2021, Diana developed the youth agenda for the Qatari Pavilion at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. She has also been involved in the Conference on Education by Yandex, HR Digital Summit by HeadHunter, and the Russian-Turkish Congress of Aesthetic Medicine, among other events. Her portfolio includes special projects for Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Transeuropean Centre Limited, and various private-label conferences, workshops, business breakfasts, live broadcasts, and webinars.

Moreover, Diana supports the Climate Action Project, founded by Koen Timmers, a Global Teacher Prize finalist in 2017 and 2018. This initiative, in collaboration with WWF and NASA, aims to change students' behavior and societal mindsets regarding climate change and environmental threats through education.
