With over 15 years of devoted experience, Mohammad Khair Alessa Obaidat is a seasoned innovation and entrepreneurship consultant and trainer. He has had a significant role in influencing the entrepreneurial scene in Jordan and elsewhere. He is currently the director of the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship at Princess Sumaya University for Technology. His broad range of skills include fundraising, training, mentoring, operations management, and strategic planning. Mohammad has demonstrated excellence in providing effective training and individualized mentoring, earning certifications from organizations with a global reputation including the Kauffman Foundation FastTrac and GrowthWheel Inc. His academic credentials are equally impressive; he holds an MSc in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. He has held a number of positions in addition to his directorship, including Incubation and acceleration manager, business development and partnership manager, and startups networks development manager.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mohammad is an active contributor to the academic and entrepreneurial communities. He serves on multiple boards of innovation centers and startups, and has been the National Advisory Board Chairman for AIESEC Jordan. His consulting experience is extensive, offering strategic advice to startups and organizations across Jordan, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
