Ole Christian Helset

Born in Ålesund, Norway, back in the days...

With a keen interest in technology and software development, I grew up with Commodore 64 and Amiga 500, coding demos in assembler for The Giants in the late 1980's and early 1990's.
This interest later turned in to a full time job as a web developer, both front end and back end, with content management systems as the main focus.

Mastering different programming languages is inspiring to me, so I recently decided to learn Objective-C and developing for the iOS platform, in which so far has resulted in a simple game, Ablazed.

Interests and hobbies
I like hiking, traveling, photography and lots of sports. Food has also become a great passion to me, and with the technological revolution in the gastronomy the past few years, molecular gastronomy really fascinates me.

Family
Me and my wife Eli Wenke, have two wonderful sons together, Isak, born in the summer of 2011, and Jonas, born in the spring of 2013.
