GROWING UP
I want to be a lawyer when I grow up! I haven't decided what kind of law I'm going to study specifically yet. I like politics and researching and understanding the laws of our country and why we have them.
WSU TIDBITS
My favorite place to study is on Thompson Flats on a blanket in the sun.
My favorite spot on campus is the top of the Webster Physical Science Building, because you can see all of campus and the Palouse hills.
My advice for new students is to focus on your academics and classes first, but to also make time to join clubs and organizations that will help you meet new people with similar interests as you (as well as getting great resume builders!).
For our new Cougar parents, I suggest developing an adult, respectful relationship with your student, and giving them space to make their own decisions. It makes it easier for your student to come to you if they have any problems, and it also makes them respect you more for recognizing them as an adult.
FAVORITES
My favorite class at WSU is History 105, or Roots of Contemporary Issues. It looked at modern problems from a lot of different aspects and from the viewpoints of different majors' focuses. It was also my First Year Focus class, so I got to meet people from my Residence Hall and year!
