Our challenging times demand big solutions, proposals, and decisions from each of us. Consequently, they have provided an excellent opportunity to look further into my professional performance, goals, academic aspirations, and personal fulfillment.

It is easy to say but difficult to pursue and even more challenging to execute. Therefore, I have concluded that my mission is to help companies connect the dots between Finance and Operations to achieve better by translating operational metrics into financial forecasts (and vice versa) with measurable deliverables and meaningful expectations.

Currently based in Milan, Italy, I bring a unique perspective to my work. As a Mexican professional, I began my career in my home country and have since adapted to the challenges of working in diverse, globally impacted environments, which has given me a broad perspective and adaptability.

My professional journey has taken me through various industries, including Renewable Energy, Retail, and FMCG. I've worked in Fortune Global 500 companies, such as Enel and Levi Strauss, and in Forbes 2000 companies as well, like Associated British Foods and Elektra Group. Most recently, I've collaborated with publicly listed UKI firms, including Flutter Entertainment and Nomad Foods.

These experiences have enabled me to move quickly with high accountability levels, recognize performance gaps, and take effective action. I have also learned to coach teams, manage projects, and partner with senior stakeholders across departments. Hence, my vision is to have a lasting impact on an organization after I am gone.

I am equipped with a range of skills and tools, and I am ready to roll up my sleeves and contribute to your team. I can monitor KPIs, manage budgeting activities, execute profitability analyses, perform financial modeling, forecast cash flows, and design risk & opportunity action plans to achieve business targets. I am proficient in financial and reporting systems, particularly Oracle and SAP, and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Power BI).

I hold an MBA from the Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management. In addition, I have a Master's Degree in Economic and Financial Engineering from La Salle University, an Executive Master in Industrial Business Management from EOI Business School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the Technological University of Mexico.
