Octavius began his career at MCI Telecommunications, rising rapidly through five promotions to become Regional Sales Manager, where he led 60 professionals and consistently exceeded performance targets. He later served as Vice President of Sales for a global company.
As an executive coach, Octavius blends business acumen, behavioral science, and human-centered leadership development to create tailored coaching engagements that deliver measurable impact.
Octavius holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, where he also played football. He has been formally recognized for his career and community impact by both the New Jersey Senate and the Office of the Mayor of Pemberton, NJ.
