Engr. Pius Odeluga is a seasoned engineer and technology leader with a strong track record in leveraging ICT and Artificial Intelligence to advance education and public sector efficiency. He currently serves as the Chief Computer Engineer at the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), Ondo, where he drives digital innovation and capacity building.

He holds a B.Eng. in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and an M.Sc. in Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria. Pius is a COREN registered engineer and an active member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the International Association of Engineers (IAEng), and the Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors (IRED).

With a wealth of experience in systems administration, training facilitation, and ICT consultancy, he has led numerous nationwide trainings, helping educators and administrators embrace modern technologies for impact-driven results
