Gong Baths and Laughter Yoga in London with Odette

Odette based in North London. A Reiki Master, Gong Master, Laughter Yoga Leader and Meditation Facilitator.

I currently facilitate Gong Meditation to groups in London, usually 2nd Monday and Last Friday each month at Arts Depot in Finchley North London.

I specialise in working with holistic tools that help people de-stress and feel better.

My services include Laughter Yoga and Sound Meditation workshops which I offer to private groups and businesses for their health and well-being programs.

I am passionate about making a difference and feel it is important go get the balance right between giving and receiving. I love random acts of kindness and love to connect with homeless people, always taking time out to say Hi. I often have a spare pair of socks, gloves or a woolly hat in my bag to offer someone who needs it.
