Odran Ó Corcráin

Odran is an advisor for GUE/NGL in the European Parliament. He works on various delegations and committees.
His academic background is political science. He is a Sciences Po and University College Cork alumni.
He has been involved in volunteer work since he was eighteen years old with Ógra Chorcaí and recently started working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder with Foróige after it was amalagmated with Ógra Chorcaí.
He previously worked in the Irish Money Advice & Budgeting Service, assisting struggling families, immigrants and people in general who have been hit hard by the current recession and austerity.
He is first and foremost a political activist & a socialist republican, and an active member of Sinn Féin,
