Odunayo Elizabeth Oluwakemi is passionate about leadership and accountability, working with brands to build a proper financial accountability network in order to achieve it's set goals and objectives.

She worked with Sola Oyetayo&Co. an audit, tax, consulting and advisory firm in Lagos Nigeria as an Audit and Tax Trainee in 2015 and 2018 respectively.

She served as a financial secretary during her 3 weeks National Youth Service orientation camp, ensuring accountability and productivity.

Oluwakemi, during her compulsory one year National Youth Service at Bayelsa State, Sagbama Local Government, served as the Corper's Liaison Officer where she polished her leadership and team spirit skills and was duly recognized and awarded a certificate of merit by the Local Government Council for her accountability skills, selfless and passsionate attitude towards the growth of the local government.

She served as one of her fellowship executives while at the tertiary institution, an active member at her church during her National Youth Service and was awarded certificate of merit and recognition.

She is presently a Professional Volunteer at Girl Hub Africa, Head Of Operations at Get Up Youth Africa and was awarded a certificate of recognition for being one of the team member who conducted a Skill Up Academy which empowered over 500 youths in different skills.

She is a member of YALI Network: Young Africa Leaders Initiative.

She is the Coordinator of Ladies Hangout a platform with the sole aim of building a community of purposeful young ladies.

She is skilled at making handmade fashionable and classic tuxedos, blazers, suits and native accessories.

She is also interested in innovation, influence, impact and growth, using her voice to effect a change of mindset that produces visible result.
