Odunola Temi Olalere
Social Impact Strategy consultant and Operations & Development Lead in Abuja, Nigeria.
Hey there,
I am Odunola Temitope Olalere.
I work at the intersection of quality education, technology, and social impact, with a strong focus on designing inclusive learning systems for the Global South.
My journey has been shaped by hands-on experience in education advocacy, community-based programmes, and nonprofit operations. I have contributed to initiatives advancing literacy, youth development, food security, and access to education, experiences that ground my work in real-world context and human needs.
Over the past year, I have deepened my capacity through focused learning in EdTech, Generative AI, product design (UI/UX), social impact analysis, and AI task management, while remaining anchored in ethical, people-centred practices.
As the Head of Operations and Development at Bloom Academy for Artificial Intelligence (BAFAI), I lead operational strategy, programme execution, and innovation systems that support scalable AI education and talent development across emerging communities.
My core interest lies in exploring how education systems, emerging technologies, and thoughtful design can come together to improve learning outcomes, expand access, and drive equity especially in resource-constrained contexts where potential is immense.
I am committed to learning out loud, collaborating meaningfully, and contributing to conversations that move education forward.
