Ofentse Mpye

Hi, My name is Ofentse Mpye, I am a young female who is passionate and deeply rooted in changing others, making a difference in the world, and seeing a change in young individuals. This is the main reason why I chose to study towards a Bachelor's degree in Education. I believe that everyone can achieve anything they put their minds to, they just need someone who can immensely believe in them.

I am studying at the University of Johannesburg and am currently doing my third year in a Bachelor of Education in the Senior and FET phase. My long-term goal is to one day become a lecturer at a University around Gauteng and maybe even write articles that can be used in the Education field.

My interests outside the classroom include cooking and also astronomy (stargazing). These are more like hobbies but I am quite passionate about cooking and maybe one day I will own my own restaurant whilst teaching at the university level.
