Reycel Carmelo T. Dayon, REB is the President and Real Estate Broker of the company. Born on July 16, 1974 by spouses Engr. Renato Carabuena Dayon and Mrs. Consuelo Tuanquin Dayon, and the eldest among the brood of five siblings namely Christina, Rene, Reymund and Rico Nino.

He graduated his elementary education at Notre Dame University of Cotabato City, secondary education in Sto Tomas College, Danao City and took up BSECE in University of San Carlos Technological Center, Cebu City prior to joining Philippine National Police Academy and graduated with the KAPANALIG Class of 1997.

He is in active police service with the rank of Police Superintendent (Lt.Col. in military). Assigned in various designations and different places of assignments in the country garnering numerous awards and commendations in relation to Public Safety and Security services.

His management skills and leadership traits as an officer and a gentleman is considered the anchor of the property and sales specialist that comprises the team of professional salespeople of Lakan 97 Realty whose expertise in providing houses and homes emanates from varied schools of discipline like teachers, insurance specialists, medical practitioners, engineers, businessmen, call center agents and freelance employees.
