As I was growing up, I listened to a lot of oldies and sang along with them, singing was probably the first thing that got me into music. I grew up listening to Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, Britney Spears, Ashlee Simpson, Usher, Maroon 5, BEP, Jesse McCartney, etc. In 2005, I started taking music seriously, I knew it couldn't just be something I did on a daily basis, but a 24/7 thing. That's when I started playing guitar, and wrote my first lyrics. I took vocal and dance lessons, but I come to find that I love sitting in the studio and writing lyrics due to my experiences and producing tracks and beats to go along with it. I took dance classes, just for my music. Telling stories with choreography definately sets every artists apart from each other. Since 2006, I've been writing my own lyrics, and still am till this day. I enjoy making my own melodies and writing what's on my mind down into a song. In 2009, kids in my high school didn't understand why I wanted to do music, or why I wanted music as my future. This foreign judgement pushed me to do even more with my music and grow as a singer/songwriter. In high school, I still hung out with friends, go to movies, parties, surfing, etc, but I found out I was the most happy in the studio working and pursuing my dreams in music. After that, I realized that music is my life and future, I want it in my life everyday. In the beginning of 2010, me and some producers got together and we made a deal, it was a new beginning for me. I started working on my songs more and more and turning them into EPs and Albums one day. Most of the time, I've been busy with music and working on new songs. As any other student that goes to school, I still go to school on weekdays, and work on music after school ends and on weekends. Just a simple girl from a regular city working on her dreams. A girl that's like any other regular girl that has gone through heartbreaks, ups and downs, tough relationships, love at the first sight, boys, etc is now turning her dreams into reality.
