For the last thirteen years Oscar has been actively working on the Design Industry more specifically designing cabinetry, custom millwork & furniture having taken part in hundreds of luxurious residential and comercial projects. He has participated in regional design competitions such as “design inside the box”and in the National Kitchen & Bath design competition and the Calgary SAM Awards, some of his work can be seen in magazines like Homes & Living, Best Home and Western Living. He has a great understanding of kitchen cabinetry from American to European lines and a wide variety of styles. He attended the Instituto de Diseño de Caracas (Caracas Design Institute) in Caracas, Venezuela from 1995-1999 were he earned his Industrial Designer designation, in 2006 took the Kitchen Designer Course from thefrom the NKBA and in 2010 attended the Mount Royal University for the Introduction to Residential Interior Decorator Class, today Oscar is an active member (VP of Academic Relations) for the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) on the prairies chapter.
