I have worked on San Diego version of Service now and I also have great skills working on Jira and Confluence.

I have skills in translating requirements into user stories in a detailed manner that is well understood by developers. I also have knowledge in Quality Assurance.

As a Business Analyst that also understands QA, I can perform duties of a Quality Assurance Tester. I make sure that all processes are standardized and that the policy documents guide that process.
