My name is Ogechi Onyeaboh, but many people know me as Oge Land Boss. I am a multi-talented professional with a strong passion for coaching and mentoring teenagers. I possess a wide range of impressive skills, including public speaking, content creation, sales training, and entrepreneurship.

I am also a published author, haven written two powerful books titled "How to Close Deals Like a Pro" and "The Realtor Codes," which provide practical insights for newbies looking to excel in the Real Estate Industry.

As a certified Google Digital Skills Trainer, I have trained many young African entrepreneurs on how to leverage digital platforms to gain visibility and grow their businesses. I have also successfully trained over 450 realtors, transforming them into real estate sales machines. Many of my students have won various awards, including cars, top sales executives, and outstanding sales awards.

At Entero Homes Limited, where I work as a real estate consultant and media director, I have helped over 70 clients across the globe purchase properties safely in Rivers State, Nigeria. As a result of my exceptional skills and contributions to the industry, I have earned several accolades, including the Excellence Staff Award and Top 20 Sales Person of the Year 2022 in Rivers state, Nigeria.

I am also the founder of Spark Community, an online business and leadership platform with over 400 members, and Upscale Realtors Hub, a platform that connects realtors and facilitates communication. I serve as the page editor at Market Connect PHC, a Facebook group with over 25.5k members, which connects entrepreneurs with target customers.

One of my greatest passion is developing young African leaders, which is why I founded the 1806 Love Foundation. Through this foundation, I use my gifting and skills to add value to society by providing financial liberation and salvation also, through my Money Training Academy (MTA). I also help start-ups and SMEs find customers online and position their brands for visibility, leveraging my Google certifications in fundamental digital marketing, content creation, social media management, social marketing training, public speaking, and making customers find you online.
