He was born in 1976 in Izmir. He completed his undergraduate education in 1997 at the Faculty of Architecture of Eastern Mediterranean University, as the top student of the Faculty. He did his master's studies at Eastern Mediterranean University on "An Architectural Overview of Reinforced Concrete Prefabricated Buildings and Projects". While working as a Project Manager at European University of Lefke, he lectured at the faculty as a Senior Lecturer. He lectured as a visiting lecturer at CIU and Çankaya University Architecture Departments. He has many published papers and presentations related to his academic works.

He worked on many projects in Celal Cin Ltd. OCP as President of Operations and Chief of Construction Department at Medview Homes companies in TRNC. He also worked as a founder partner of FOM Architecture during 2000 to 2008. Since 2018, he has been working as the Project Technical Coordinator in Alaçatı İnşaat firm in the Port Alaçatı project.

Also a keen pen and ink urban sketcher.
