Energy Efficiency, Project Development, and Product Management in Plymouth, MA
Thanks for checking out my .me!
I am a technology-driven professional with a background in Energy & Utilities, focusing on the benefits UAVs (drones) are going to play in the very near future.
Energy and infrastructure are going to be the key beneficiaries of the rapid adoption of drones into enterprise workflows. As anyone in either of those industries knows: your projects' success is predominantly determined by the data collected.
Remote sensing is not new, but drones have introduced a more cost efficient method for collecting even more detailed data than traditional methods (ie satellite or manned aircraft), and that is where the disruption is occurring. Organizations are very close to seeing that they no longer need to choose only (2) options between collecting the data: fast, cheap, or well, they can now have all (3).
My role is to illustrate this by building repeatable workflows into existing SOPs. To increase efficiency, without effecting effectiveness (in most cases, increasing it). To do this requires an in-depth understanding of various engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, and environmental, and acting as a “product manager” in the GIS & CAD verticals. And that's what I'm good at.
