Ohio LERA

The Central Ohio Labor and Employment Relations Association is a voluntary organization of professionals and practitioners in the field of public and private Labor Relations. Regular members shall belong to one or more of the following categories of membership: (management, labor, neutrals, academics, retired persons and students.)

The purpose of the organization shall be to foster cooperation and communication within the Labor Relations Community that will benefit the field of labor relations.

The primary activities of the association shall be to sponsor regular meetings wherein speakers will be invited who are of interest to the labor relations community and sponsor educational activities that will assist labor relations practitioners in gaining education and skills that will assist them in the practice of their assigned roles.
