Ohio Injury Law
Columbus, Ohio, United States
Personal injuries are one of the biggest causes of lawsuits in America. The most common types of personal injury are slips and falls, though the ones most often leading to lawsuits are car crashes and medical malpractice. People value their safety and security, and when that is violated through no fault of their own, they deserve the right to compensation. That is why Robert Erney began practicing law in 1986. Robert Erney is the founder and lead attorney for Ohio Injury Law, a personal injury law firm based in Columbus, Ohio, handling cases in the Central Ohio area.
Rob Erney earned his bachelor's degree in 1975 from Ohio Dominican College and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1984. After a two year stint as a judicial clerk, he began practicing. Erney is highly active in the Ohio legal community and has served as President of the Central Ohio Association for Justice, a member of the Professional Ethics Committee for the Columbus Bar Association, and a founder of the Columbus Bar Association's Trial Advocacy Institute.
Rob has also lectured and published a number of works on negligence, product liability, trial skills, and more. In addition to his legal roles, Erney is a former President of Columbus Rotary and an active member of the Holy Spirit Church in Columbus, serving as President of the Parish Council.
At Ohio Injury Law, Rob Erney handles a wide variety of cases, including medical malpractice, auto accidents, product liability, wrongful death, sexual harassment, pharmacy liability, and more.
