Paolo Padiernos

I'm a product manager who constantly champions the user and product. As an Engineer at heart, I thrive in building things for others and solving difficult problems. I have zero fear of getting my hands dirty, whether it is a quick and dirty Python script, or a front-end prototype in AngularJS.

UX is core to what I do. I live and breath user-centric design. I have experience in user studies, ideation, prototyping and everything in between. I sweat the tiniest of details and constantly strive to bring the highest level of thought in all I do. I am also unafraid of belting out wireframes in pen and paper, and getting down in the weeds of Photoshop and Illustrator.

I am also a staunch believer in data. I obsess over the numbers and my SQL-fu is on point. I am utterly fascinated by machine learning and a fervent advocate of data-driven decision making and experimentation.
