I gave up a career in the video gaming industry to be a stay-at-home-feminist and I love it. I still play games. Not just with the kids, but with grown-ups, too. I love pen-and-paper RPGs, immersive video games, and just about anything derived from the Eldritch Horror. I love a good drink. Cocktails, wine, dark beer--I have little time for bad booze. I have an eye toward the past. I am a past board member for the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles, and a card-carrying member of the Society for Creative Anacronism. I dress up often. I set my hair. I pencil in my eyebrows. And I always try to put my best face forward. Oh, and I help people create safe havens, even if only at their home.
