Oren Izre'el

After an 11 year career in the high-tech industry in various roles and companies, Oren decided to leave this high paying industry to pursue his true passion (that he has been engaging in for more than 20 years) to become a professional photographer. Today he is a freelance photographer, specializing in portraits, product and documentary photography. Among his projects: documenting the life in Lowenstein Rehabilitation Center for its 50th anniversary. The exhibition, Place of Hope, is exhibited in the facility since 2009. In addition Oren has also recently published his first photography book – Israeli Inspiration. Oren has collaborated on this book with a fellow photographer, Daniel Tchetchik, with whom he is working with on two additional photography books. Oren won a prize in Local Testimony contest, in 2010, for his Ghetto 2010 series Oren's works are scheduled to be exhibited in several galleries in Israel and New York City during the coming year.
