Jason Ojalvo has 25 years of leadership experience in business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, and corporate strategy, with a focus in digital entertainment and disruptive innovation. He has lectured at universities, spoken on panels, and appeared on national news discussing digital strategy, entrepreneurship, publishing, acting, music, and more.

Ojalvo began his career at Disc Makers, America's leading designer and manufacturer of CDs for indie labels and artists. There he launched numerous artist-friendly projects including the world's largest unsigned band contest and started "Fast Forward," the world’s most widely-circulated music industry newsletter (print circulation 200,000).

After pursuing an MBA at Columbia University, Ojalvo worked with consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers on media projects in corporate strategy, including work for record labels, sports leagues, magazine publishers, and cable networks. Then, after leading operations of the fitness brand Fluidity and a stint in business development at early social networking site Bolt, Ojalvo launched the European headquarters of digital music distributor The Orchard in 2003 and later ran the company's global marketing and business development efforts, growing distribution and retail partnerships to help record label clients.

From 2006 to 2016, Ojalvo was Senior Vice President at Audible, a division of Amazon.com, where he devised, built, and ran the groundbreaking ACX online marketplace service, as well as Audible Studios, the company's in-house production arm, which received dozens of award nominations every year, and won a Grammy Award 2013. Ojalvo also launched an M&A-focused corporate development team for Audible.

More recently, he transplanted himself from New York to Los Angeles to become CEO of Adventures In Wonderland, a creator of events and experiences connecting fans to their favorite famous musicians. He has since returned to his NYC roots to become CEO of Tushy (www.hellotushy.com), a Brooklyn-based company revolutionizing and improving the American bathroom. Its first product is the Tushy bidet, a beautifully-designed sustainable product that turns any standard toilet into a cool bidet.

Ojalvo holds a bachelors degree from Lafayette College and an MBA from Columbia University.
