Ojonimi S. Apeh, Esq is a graduate of Kogi State University, Anyigba, Kogi State now Prince Abubakar Audu University Nigeria. His passion for law and justice led him to the Nigerian Law School, where he distinguished himself and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012, becoming a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the largest Bar in Africa.

His early professional journey took him through reputable law firms such as I.O. Peters & Associates, Oniekoro & Akagburuonye, and Bolaji Faboro & Co., where he developed a strong foundation in advocacy, litigation, and legal research.

In 2014, he joined the prestigious firm of J.S. Okutepa, SAN & Company, Abuja, a leading litigation and advocacy firm renowned for its excellence in election petitions, constitutional law and human rights cases. Through diligence, integrity, and exceptional legal acumen, he rose through the ranks and now serves as the Head of Chambers, overseeing a team of brilliant legal minds and managing the firm’s strategic legal operations.

He was also a Fellow of the Partner for the Protection of Ethics and Values (FOPPEV) and a proud member of the Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU), organizations that reflect his devotion to ethical law practice and justice across Africa.

Over the years, Ojonimi S. Apeh, Esq, has become highly notable for handling a massive volume of public interest and human rights cases, many of which are resolved in his favour. At the Nigerian Law School, he served as a Member of the Students’ Representative Council, earning a Certificate of Leadership for his outstanding representation. During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year in Ibadan, Oyo State, he led the Legal Aid CDS Group, first as Head of Publicity and later as President. His contributions to justice and civic engagement earned him the Youth Corper of the Year Award.

Today, he continues to lead as Chairperson of the Class of 2010, Faculty of Law, Kogi State University, now known as Prince Abubakar Audu University, promoting mentorship and alumni collaboration.

Ojonimi also plays active roles in several professional bodies within the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), particularly in the Abuja Branch (Unity Bar), where his commitment to legal development and service stands out. His recent and ongoing roles include:
