Samuel Dunsin OJO

My name is Samuel Dunsin Ojo, and I am an educator and technologist currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations at the University of Abuja. I hold a B.Ed. from Adekunle Ajasin University and an M.Ed. from the University of Ibadan, where I specialized in Adult Education and Social Welfare. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Benin, focusing on Adult and Non-Formal Education.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to enhancing educational experiences through innovative technologies and pedagogical strategies. I am proficient in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as MOODLE and Blackboard, with a strong background in instructional design, course development, and multimedia learning facilitation. My technical expertise extends to content management on platforms like WordPress and Drupal, and I am experienced in video production using tools like Camtasia and Audacity to create engaging educational content.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I am a member of key committees at the University of Abuja, including the Koyamanda International Foundation & University of Abuja MOU Review Committee and the Junior Staff Disciplinary Committee. These roles reflect my commitment to contributing to the institution’s growth and maintaining high standards in educational delivery.

My contributions to academic discourse include publications such as "Cybercrime and its Adverse Effects on Nigerian Youths" and "Cryptocurrency Technology and its Impact on the Nigerian Economy," both published in the International Journal of Advances in Scientific Research and Engineering. My research interests focus on the intersection of technology and education, particularly in supporting at-risk youth.

I am an Individual Member of the Open, Distance and eLearning Association of Nigeria (ODeLAN), where I engage with professionals dedicated to advancing open and distance learning in Nigeria. My participation in various workshops has further honed my skills in open and distance learning, instructional design, and educational technology.
