Ayokunle Okeowo has been in the Telecommunications Industry for 10years, having held responsibilities at different levels in companies such as Schlumberger Information Systems, Celtel and Ericsson. He has worked in Telcos in Nigeria and Ghana.

He currently oversees IP Transport, Packet Operations and WiFi Domains as Head of Operations at Airtel Nigeria. Part of his key responsibilities is driving process engineering; ensuring Network and Service availability; Quality KPIs are guaranteed and constantly improved on in order to guarantee customer satisfaction/retention and increase company revenues.

Ayokunle has interests in new technologies and Africa startup ecosystem.
