IJEOMA BENEDICTA OKOYE is a content consultant with a vision to redefine writing, drive innovative solutions and institutionalise professionalism and excellence, while leveraging New Media to create impact, income and influence using content and platforms.

As an author of 20 books, her goal is to raise a rare breed of writers who will tell their stories and change narratives using their pen and voice, and an army of intentional young leaders who will lead worthy causes and impact the world.

She is the CEO/Lead Strategist at CWIN Africa, a leading writing and media company that provides innovative solutions to writers, authors, professionals, corporate brands and organisations. She is currently leading the team working on CREATORS By CWIN Africa, a tech initiative committed to building an ecosystem of profitability by transporting African talents from Nigeria to the rest of the world.

She is the team lead at Creative Writers and Influencers Network, a community of over 64,000 writers, authors, entrepreneurs, and professionals from over 102 countries of the world. CWIN Community is an intellectual community that is set to help members become profitable writers, authors, and entrepreneurs by using viable New Media tools and models to boost their income and grow their influence, create more profitable streams of income using their intellectual property, and build businesses around their knowledge.

She is a content consultant who has worked with professionals from Liberia, Canada, the USA, and New Zealand, among other countries. She has also worked with world-class professionals including CEOs, doctors, lecturers, government officials, and consultants amongst others to birth their books and become profitable authors.

She is the founder and convener of the Young And More Africa (YAMA) Convention, a physical gathering of young people from across the world. This event has been hosted since 2020. The 2022 edition was held in Lagos, Nigeria, and had participants from various states across the country and from outside Nigeria in attendance.

Her commitment to the actualisation of SDG 1 (No poverty), SDG 7 (Decent Work and Economic Development), and SDG 17 (Partnership for the goals) is the bedrock of all the does in her career and business.

She is a committed young African whose pen has changed lives and she is continuously leading life-changing causes in her environment.
