Olabisi Adegbesan is a Scholar, Researcher and a Business Enthusiast.

Last year, she joined the Oncology Bioinformatics department at Merck KGaA, Germany, after her one year fellowship (through the Afrika Kommt Initiative) as a Researcher at the Department of Molecular Pharmacology, Drug Discovery and Development Technologies in the same company.

In 2015, she obtained her M.Sc. degree (Commendation) in Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Aberdeen (UK) after earning a B.Sc. degree (First Class- Honours) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Olabisi has a good experience in pharmaceutical- and Medical Equipment/Gadgets business development as she has worked for Vitabiotics (UK) and Supreme Meditech respectively, in Nigeria.

She won the prestigious Commonwealth (UK) Scholarship, Afrika Kommt! Fellowship, D.K. Olukoya award of academic excellence, to mention a few.

Olabisi, in her free time, likes to enlighten the public (Africa as a target), on Instagram and Facebook (@cancerxpose), about the prevention and recent advancement in the area of cancer. This is because she is passionate about saving lives, creating hopes and helping humanity.

She also spends some of her time shaping people's (youths) mindsets -self discovery, life definition and personal growth-through her experiences.
