Prince Olalekan Olatunbosun Olashore is a distinguished business leader, entrepreneur, and change advocate with over 30 years of commercial experience across multiple sectors in Africa. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester, UK. His commitment to continuous learning and global standards has taken him through executive programs at Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School, placing him among a generation of African business leaders blending local context with international best practices.

Olashore’s corporate footprint spans the boardrooms of seven dynamic organizations across five industries in African. He currently serves as; Director, Atlas Relocation Services, Director, Lloyd Anderson, Director, Prestige Hygiene Services, Chairman, Hamilton Realtors, Director, Africa Analysis, Director, Royal Park International Hotel, Executive Chairman, Morgan Bailey Limited, Director, Lead Consult Limited.

He is also a Trustee of Olashore International School, continuing a legacy of educational excellence and youth empowerment.

Business Impact and Vision
Olashore began his professional career at Lead Bank Plc, a boutique investment bank, where he gained early exposure to corporate finance and structured investments. Transitioning into entrepreneurship, he has since focused on building value driven, customer-centric outsourcing businesses, with expertise in: Logistics Management, Project Management, Capital Asset Leasing, Logistics, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Construction, Corporate Support Services

Under his leadership, Lloyd Anderson made history in 2008 by becoming the first logistics support company in Nigeria to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification, signaling a new benchmark for quality and safety in the industry.

He has successfully led the negotiation of serval international joint ventures with Corts Global Network, Colliers International and Motseng Investment Holdings, enhancing operational standards through global partnerships. His approach fuses bold risk taking with systems thinking, empowering his clients, especially foreign investors, to thrive in Africa’s dynamic markets.

Beyond the boardroom, he is committed to empowering young Nigerians through education, supporting resilient students with mentorship and funding to help them chart their futures.
