Olalekan Samuel Ajayi is a lawyer, media entrepreneur, and award-winning social advocate dedicated to empowering African youth and driving positive change. Samuel is the founder and CEO of Afredia, Africa’s first youth-focused media platform amplifying young voices across the continent. He is also the founder of Project Africa Now (PAN), a Pan-African organization that has impacted over 5,000 youths in 22 countries through education, leadership training, and skill development programs.

A multiple award-winner, Samuel is a Diana Award recipient, a Strategic Excellence Award honoree, and a 25 Under 25 Award winner for Active Citizenship and Government Engagement. He also serves as a consultant and ally to Nigerian music icon Zlatan Ibile.

Through United People Global, Samuel has represented Africa on four leadership pilgrimages to Hurricane Island in Maine, USA, where he collaborated with global leaders to develop strategies for community development and sustainability. These visits have significantly influenced his approach to leadership and project execution.
